There's more to real estate photography than just standing in the corner of the room to take the shot. It is all of the little things coming together to capture the full essence of the home. Whether it is staged, well-lived in or vacant, there are ways to showcase what the property has to offer!
My Background
I have dabbled in many different things throughout my 30+ years. My Bachelor's degree is in theatre performance and music so I have always had a love for the arts. I became intrigued by the real estate world in 2016 once my husband became a Realtor. Two years later, I made the leap to become a realtor as well in order to form The Chris Schall Team with my husband. We have always hired someone to take professional photos of our listings and I decided that was something I would really enjoy doing myself. I educated myself and got the tools I needed and I am enjoying working on my craft with each new shoot!
From One Realtor to Another
High quality photos are almost a necessity in today's market. One way to give great service to your client is by providing professional photos and that is where I come in. As a realtor myself, I see a lot of listing photos and I know what captures attention and what doesn't. I also have access to LCAR lockboxes which could be an added convenience.
